The book's current trade discount is given on all retailer orders direct from the publisher. Shipping is free on stocking orders (minimum 10 books); shipping is additional (minimum $3.99) on special orders. Credit card orders are preferred. Terms of net 30 days may be provided stores with approved credit.

Copies signed by the author can be arranged. The author is available for in-store book signings in Atlanta area stores and elsewhere when he is traveling. He is also available for over-the-telephone broadcast and print media interviews without regard to location. Contact the publisher for information.
